Southern Style Potato Salad

Want some great potato salad for your next summer cookout? Well, try my wife's Southern Style Potato Salad...you'll be glad you did! Watch the video. Quick-Simple-Easy-Damn Good!
Hello again!
It's summer time and what's better than some great Potato Salad to go with your backyard feast?!
Here's what you need:

5lbs bag of Red Potatos. (I think red potatos are a much faster cook)
6 boiled Eggs
Whole Bell Peppers-1 Green, 1 Red, 1 Yellow (Diced Small)
1 Whole Medium Yellow Onion (Diced Small) (You may sprinkle in Chives as well).
1 Stalk of Celery (Diced Small)
Kosher Salt or Salt of choice....sprinkle to taste.
Black Powder Pepper 1Tps
French's Yellow Mustard 2Tbls (or to taste)
Wishbone Thousand Island Dressing 2Tbls
Sweet Salad Cubes (about half a cup add a little more if you like a sweeter salad:o)
Helman's Mayo (start with 1 and a half cups and keep mixing and adding for creamy texture)
Just for color, you can add a sprinkle of "Paprika" across the top and let sit in the fridge overnight or until cool.
Enjoy!

Here's a quick video of the last time my wife prepared our favorite Southern Style Potato Salad. Please watch and share. Come back if you try it and let us know what you think!
