Badia Garlic Powder
McCormick "Smokehouse Maple" Grill Mates
Lea and Perrins Worcestershire
Chopped Green Onion, White Onion, Green Bell Pepper and a little Celery Flakes.
Tomato Sauce or Barbecue Sauce to mix into the meat. (Not too much, you don't want your meat too wet)

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and about 15 min.
Use remaining Tomato Sauce ro Barbecue Sauce to brush over top of the finished meat and turn oven off. Let meat sit in warm oven for 10 more minutes til' sauce thickens.
